Can I change my order?

Changes are subjected to stock availability and is only possible if the order has not been mailed out.
To change your order, please e-mail us promptly with your Order Confirmation No. and the preferred exchanged
Item No./Quantity. We will reply to your e-mail to confirm if the amendment is possible.

Can I cancel my order?

No cancellation or refund can be made once payment is received. The order cancellation request must be sent to us via e-mail promptly with your Order Confirmation No.


Do the items look exactly the same as taken in the photos?

Disclaimer: Due to the colour calibration of each individual’s computer screen, please consider your purchase carefully before placing an order. Goods are non-exchangeable due to wrong color preferences based on one’s interpretation of the product's description and pictures.


What happens if the item I like runs out of stock?

You can send us an e-mail to express your interest in the item. BuyOneMore will source for the item again if there is enough demand for it. Items will take 7-10 days to come if there are still stocks from the suppliers.


Should I go for normal or registered postage?

BuyOneMore will not be responsible for any item lost or damaged during mailing. Therefore registered postage (with an additional $2.24) is recommended. Customers are reminded to provide accurate mailing address. Singapore Post is the delivery service provider used. BuyOneMore will ensure that the items are in good condition before mailing them out.


How long must I wait for the items to arrive?

Around 1-3 working days after payment is received.*
*Registered mail will take a longer period.

Do you accept overseas orders?

Thank you for your interest. Unfortunately, we currently only take orders from Singapore, but BuyOneMore may work towards that direction in the future.
